COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Luge / Molecular Dynamics 0236-263 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Makino products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martens-Elektronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matheson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Makino such as the Z252M0100180 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DP964810254 manufactured by Martens-Elektronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Martens-Elektronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8720423 by Manufacturer Matheson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marposs Brand F3408601402 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Masterflex such as 0755371 equipment made by Masterflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Masterflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Masterflex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E4NLVDT made by Marposs as well as the popular 10BH1141X original spares produced by Marco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 882I600130 by Marposs and 0755371 spares by Masterflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HPHBM250TTSHK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lumark. |
